Exchange and Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
FICARI stands behind the quality of our products and we believe every purchase must be a positive experience. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the receipt of your item(s). If you are not satisfied with your product, you may contact us at email@example.com or send us a message on our contact submission form. The item must be returned to our facility within 30 days of initiating a return or exchange of your item(s). FICARI products are made-to-order custom products. Please see below for more information on what is required to initiate an exchange or return.
You may process an order exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping on your first exchange will be free of charge, however, if you decide to return the item(s) again (i.e., more than once) you will be responsible for delivery and return shipping fees. The item must be returned in as-new condition to be accepted. Once we receive the item back at our facility, our team will inspect it. Provided the product is in as-new condition, we will exchange the item and have it shipped to you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If you decide you are not satisfied with your new product, you will be given 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Since our products are all custom handcrafted made-to-order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your previous method of payment. To ensure your return is successful, please make sure the item is returned in as-new condition. Once we receive the item back at our facility, our team will inspect it. Provided the product is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less of the 1) outbound and return shipping fees, 2) handling, repackaging fees, and 3) 25% restocking fee.
Order Cancellation Policy
FICARI manufactures every product at the time of order. This valuable circumstance vows for the handmade North American craftsmanship we stand by. Due to this, we can deliver your product(s) in a shorter duration in comparison to our competitors. All our items enter production at the time of your order, and therefore all costs of production have been incurred. FICARI will provide a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order.
If you are placing a US order, a FICARI representative will contact you. Your order will not enter production, until shipping costs are confirmed and paid for.
At FICARI, product quality is second to none. Unfortunately, we are all human, and simply never perfect. In the unlikely circumstance where your product does not arrive in great condition, please contact email@example.com. To assist with resolving the issue, please send photographs of the product at various angles and distances. If the item may have been damaged during transportation, please send us photos of the boxes as well.
The original purchaser is protected against defective workmanship for 5 years on metal or wood structures, 2 years for materials (leather, and fabrics), and 2 years for mechanisms from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers normal usage only and does not cover damages from accidents, misuse, or abuse. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the face thereof. FICARI reserves the right to repair or replace the item at their sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any costs outside of replacing or repairing our manufactured item(s).
The materials used in the manufacturing of this furniture will be FLAMMABLE under certain conditions. Prevent exposure to open flame or intense heat from smoking materials, electrical equipment, heaters, dryers, unprotected lights, etc. Exposure to sufficient heat and/ or flame will result in the foam burning and releasing heat smoke and gasses, which if inhaled in certain quantities will incapacitate and result in fatalities. Uses and resident owners or facility managers must take necessary precautions to ensure safety and open exits in the event of a fire.
